Chris oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the business. Following a successful B2B sales role in the construction and new homes industry, he joined Dart & Partners in 2007 initially working as a sales negotiator. Chris progressed to running the lettings office in 2011, achieving growth of over 300% by 2019.

Chris became a director of the firm in 2013 and following a restructure in 2019, is now owner and managing director. Living in Teignmouth, Chris enjoys socialising, travelling, and a busy family life.

Paul is the longest-standing member of the team and manages the sales side of the business.

Paul prides himself on providing honest, straightforward advice, and aims to continue listing the very best homes for applicants.

Outside of work, Paul has run a karate club for many years and enjoys a busy family life.

Ben started his career in estate agency in 1996 in Exeter and went on to be a successful branch manager for a large west country firm working in Torbay. Ben returned to Dart & Partners in the summer of 2017 focussing on the valuation and marketing of fine and character homes across South Devon.

Gemma has over 18 years of estate agency experience, and has previously worked for prestigious estate agency firms in Exeter and the South Hams. Gemma manages our Shaldon branch and works alongside Ben to successfully list and sell characterful and distinctive homes across Teignbridge and occasionally farther afield!

Jen is responsible for ensuring clients always receive an excellent level of customer service. She is based in our Teignmouth office and is often the first point of contact for many clients. Jen enjoys fundraising for charity and is a very well-known member of the local community. 

Liesa is an ARLA Propertymark qualified letting agent and manages the busy residential lettings office based in Teignmouth. With meticulous attention to detail, Liesa is an integral member of the company, applying a focused and methodical approach to everything she does.

Stuart runs the Dawlish sales office and boasts many years of agency experience. Having worked for successful agencies in Torbay and Teignbridge in the past, Stuart is an extremely knowledgable and well-liked agent priding himself on giving sellers accurate and honest advice from the outset.

Working out of both of our Dawlish and Teignmouth offices, Caroline has worked in local agency for many years and brings a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the local property market. Happiest when conducting viewings, Caroline loves matching buyers to their perfect property.

Eamon is a Propertymark qualified letting agent and is the main point of contact for new landlord clients. His role also includes managing the periodic and emergency maintenance across an extensive portfolio of managed residential and commercial property.

Working out of our Teignmouth office, Fran joined us in 2022 and has quickly accumulated an amazing skill set. Fran applies her "can do" attitude to all aspects of her role including negotiating sales, matching buyers to properties, and sales progression.

Jordan is responsible for day to day property management and the onboarding of new tenants. His main role is managing the process for residential lettings applicants applying for a new home. Jordan is a lifelong Teignmouth resident and although he only joined the firm is 2022, is already an award-winning letting agent! 

Louise works out of the Teignmouth office applying a high degree of accuracy and detail to all aspects of her role. She conducts viewings and property inspections for the residential lettings team.

Having previously worked in a property role in the legal sector, and for a major property sector firm in an asset management role, Rob brings a wealth of experience to his position as Negotiator. Based in the Dawlish branch, Rob markets homes for sale, introducing applicants to all types of wonderful properties in and around the town.

Teresa deals with all aspects of residential lettings including administration, tenant referencing, working closely with landlords. Her particular passion is working with prospective tenants to match them to their perfect property.

Claire is responsible for a range of administration tasks within the busy lettings office.

Jennie has worked in the industry for many years. Previously a Sales Negotiator, Jennie is now based in the administration department at our Teignmouth Office.

Leanna deals with all aspects of residential lettings including administration, tenant referencing, working closely with landlords, and handling the marketing aspects of the lettings department. Leanna also handles sales administration working alongside Jennie Roberts in the Teignmouth office. 

Sarah works in our Teignmouth office predominantly conducting viewings with sales applicants.
